AloGlo's recommended use is as follows:

Week 1:

Apply an even coverage to cleanse skin at nighttime.
During the first week you may experience an excessive amount of exfoliation of dead skin cells. Liquidity's Hydrating Oil may help to soothe the dry skin and the Age Less Lift may help smooth away the dead skin cells quicker.

Week 2:

Apply moring and evening, after cleansing the skin with Liquidity's Hydrating Cleanser. Follow cleanser with Liquidity's Hydrating Toner and then apply AloGlo. Wait approximatly 10 minutes after applying the AloGlo and then follow with Liquidity's Hydrating Moisturizer for daytime protection.
During the second week you may experience some redness or you may experience varying degrees of slight tingling sensations. These symptoms are normal as the ingredients in AloGlo are working to bring about the exfoliation needed to rejuvenate the skin. A sensitive skin may expereince more sensations than a normal skin.
