How to Order:

You can navigate our website from the links on the Site Map.  You can place 
an order online from any product page.  You may order using VISA, Master Charge, Discover or American Express credit cards.  Shipping and Handling charges are calculated at check-out.   Cheaper shipping and handling charges are applied to featured products. (See our Blue Light Specials)  We track all of our orders.  Allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

Please note that Dare to Lose Weight will be the merchant on your credit card statement when you order online from our website.  Our website is a secure website.

Shipping Information:

Please Note: All items are sent standard mail which should arrive within 5  to 7 business days in most cases. We can't absolutely guarantee delivery within that time frame 100 % of the time, but we make every effort to get your package to you in a timely manner.  However, sometimes things happen, just the nature of the postal service or an unusual shipping delay from the manufacturer, holidays, all can slow deliveries, too.  Be aware that everyone can experience slow delivery for some postal reason...even with priority mail.  All our packages are sent standard mail in the USA. We track all our orders.  You can request Express Mail, or 2nd Day, but the post office cannot guarantee it will arrive within the two-day period. Be aware that we cannot refund the shipping charges for Express Mail in that event, you will have to contact your post office for reimbursement.   Very few items ever "get lost" when sent by standard mail. In many cases, standard mail is just as fast as priority mail.  We ship the same day we get your order unless your card does not clear, an item has to be special ordered, or the post office is closed on a Sunday or a holiday. Please note that we cannot cancel an order once it has been processed.

Ordering by Mail?
Yes. You can order by mail but it takes longer.  You must call in to do this.  Ordering online at our secure site is your best option.  The final dollar amount (including shipping and handling) must be sent to the address below. (Orders without any or accurate postage included will not be filled)

Phone Orders  
We encourage our customers to order online.  We have a secure site, and your credit card is guaranteed safe.  However, some customers wish to call in an order if they do not have access to a computer.  See Phone Orders Only
Returns
Depending on what product you order, manufacturers have different return policies.  Due to the variability of each individual's physical makeup, we cannot make claims or guarantee desired effectiveness. Our products are similar to taking daily vitamins. Each person will receive benefits,  but it is impossible to measure exact results. We, therefore,  guarantee only the quality and condition 
of our products.
  • We do not accept returns on opened bottles or missing seals.
  • We do not refund shipping charges for returns unless it is being returned because of our error.

In the event there is a problem with the quality and condition of our products, read the following instructions for returning the product:

Important! You must contact us about a return before sending it back!  The reason for that policy is that we work with several manufacturers of products and some require you to return the product to them instead of us. We assume no responsibility if you send it to the wrong place. So contact us first before returning any product so we can tell you where to send it to obtain a refund.  Below are the rules for Refunds.


The return policy for US orders: The product must be returned accompanied by the original receipt within 30 days of purchase. Manufactuers will not refund past the 30 days. (Therefore,We cannot issue a refund for orders past the 30 days.) Insure the package to make sure we get it. A refund will then be processed, less the shipping and handling fee.  (Please note this also applies to products with free shipping)  Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.   Products refused because you changed your mind will be charged a 20% fee plus shipping and handling costs.
 Shipping Charges for Express Mail cannot be refunded by us. (you will need to contact your post office) International Orders read refund and return policy below. If the country does not accept your package you will still be responsible for the shipping costs. 

International Shipping Info

Some countries will be required to make payment by a cashier's check drawn on a US bank for payment in lieu of a credit card.  You will be notified if you live in one of those countries. No amounts over $200 will be shipped overseas at any one time. 

We ship Global Air Parcel Post and register all of our packages.  Please note that the shipping charges on our web site are for US orders only. All International orders will have shipping/freight costs added to your credit card purchase. Keep in mind that freight is usually cheaper when we ship more than just one item. So stock up. Any duty or extra charges after the package reaches your country is your responsibility.  

It's easy to order!  Just fill out the order form with all of your credit card information and click the button! Dare to Lose Weight will be listed as the merchant on your credit card statement.  All orders are filled promptly and most orders arrive within 3 to 5 business days excluding holidays. If for some reason we cannot process your credit card from your country, you will be notified and given an alternative ordering method.

NOTICE To International Countries:
Your country may apply a customs surcharge /Tax on imported products. All tariffs, taxes, additional shipping charges, custom fees or any other additional charges incurred during transfer are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for your country's customs department or their actions therefore we will not issue refunds for orders refused at customs until the package is returned to our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the country does not accept your package you will still be responsible for the shipping costs. It is your responsibility to know your country's laws and customs policies.  International orders, on refunds and returns shipping cannot be refunded and there is a handling restocking fee.
