My name is Jeanette Holbrook and I am from
Hattiesburg, Mississippi. I have had
migraine headaches since I was a teenager. Every
day I lived with some type of pain in my head.
I have had MCS (Multiple Sensitivities Environmental
Illness) for 18 years. This causes a collapse of
the immune system from being allergic to chemicals,
pollen, dust, and cotton. I had to give up a
successful Shaklee business of 13 years because I
could no longer go into homes that did not use Shaklee
cleaners. When I went to church or anywhere, I
had to be sure that I did not sit by someone that was
wearing cologne or perfume.
I could not go to any functions in a building
that had been closed up for over 24 hours.
I could not even shop in stores or visit friends.
In other words, I was for the most part,
homebound. I have taken allergy shots for 15
years.
About every three months, I had to take medication
for sinus infections that would last for a month or
more. because of these allergies, I had severe
headaches, ringing, and popping in my ears.
I was always sick and rarely had a good day or relief
from my allergies.
Six years ago, I was diagnosed with Lupus and then
a year later with Fibromyalgia. I had
severe pain in my joints, muscles, ligaments, and
tendons. I constantly had stiffness and
fatigue (at times I would have a complete
"body shut-down"). I had difficulty
concentrating, and sometimes I could not remember
where I was going or why. In order to get
relief to sleep at night, I would be up anywhere from
12:00 a.m. to 3:00 a.m. soaking in a hot bath
just to get 2 to 3 hours of sleep. Last year I had
3 months of depression and pain so bad that I thought
of ways to end my life. I had never thought
of myself as suicidal, but I needed and wanted the
pain to end.
For years I had pain and soreness in one hip joint.
If touched, it was very painful. The same
leg had 2 large spots that would pain to the bone.
The doctors could not diagnose it, so they said
it was in my head. After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia,
they understood. Even the medications they
prescribed did not help. But after being on New
Image Plus and New Image Total, the pain went away.
I also had pain in my chest that felt like I had
bronchitis. The doctors said it was Lupus
in the bones and it would not get any better.
I started on Plus for weight loss to reduce the
joint pain and did not know the wonderful side
effects I would receive. After one week, I was
sleeping much better. Two weeks later I
started New Image Total saturation (1 capsule per each
20 lbs. of body weight for 10 days). About that
time, my allergies and sinuses were worsening.
We sold our home because I was allergic to so many of
the materials in it. We moved into a place that
turned out to be even worse. My doctor gave me
all the medications he said I could take for my
allergies and would have to be re-tested.
Now this is how the Lord works and most of the time we
don't even realize it. On the day that I was to
be retested, one of our employees called in sick,
so I had to cancel my appointment and go into work. Two
days later I noticed that I woke up that morning
without a headache or sore throat. by
the end of the week, my allergies were gone. My
ears were not popping or ringing. The
Total and Plus just needed the few extra days to do
its job and the Lord knew that. Had the
employee not called in sick, I would have been
retested and back on allergy shots, and never known
the products could help the allergy and
sinus problems. Now, at this point I had noticed
the depression was much better and my pain
was not as severe.
I started decreasing my medication for Lupus and
Fibromyalgia. By the way, this medication
can cause eye and liver damage. I had to have
blood work every 3 months to see what
damage, if any, it had caused. I worked off of
this medication in March of 1999. I had
new blood work in June after being off all medications
for 3 months. My red blood cell count was up 2
points. That does not sound like
much, but for a Lupus patient, that's good. The
pain in my hip and leg has gone and also the pain
in my chest (and the doctor said I would never
get better)
Now I take (3) Plus and from (2) to (8) Total a
day. If I have any joint pain, I can take
(3) Totals and in 15 minutes it's gone. My
doctor, known as one of the best Rheumatologists in
the Southeast,asked me what I was doing to have made
this great improvement. I told him that he
would not believe it, but it was prayer and herbs!
then I showed him the pamphlets on the Total and
Plus. He said that since it was all-natural, he did
not see how it could cause any damage. Then he
said to just keep doing whatever I was
doing because it was doing great. He could not
believe that I was not on any medications and
could work a full day in our business. After 15
years I no longer take allergy shots, and no sinus
medication. I can't remember the last time
I had a Tylenol for pain. I AM MEDICATION
FREE! I feel better than I have in years
and now enjoy life. I thank the Lord each day
for my New Image.
